Steps to follow:

  1. Login to Cario
  2. Click on ‘Customer Service – Consignment Status’ on the left-hand side
  3. The following menu option will appear:
  4. Search for the correct consignment.
  5. Select (actions)    and more options are available
  6. Select 'Consignment details'

 

  1. If the consignment has been delivered and POD is available this will be shown on the first tab. If there is no POD the first tab will be shipping units.
  2. Shipping units = the freight details of the consignment
  3. Events = the detailed status information of the consignment. (Select All: the detailed status information of the consignment in abbreviations of the carrier)
  4. Request update = in this screen you can send an email to Freight People asking for information regarding this consignment



How to email the POD?

  1. Click on the first tab ‘Proof of Delivery' 
  2. Select ‘Proof of Delivery 1’ (in blue letters)
  3. The POD will open in a separate tab, from here you can save or copy the image.
